The Trots! remind me why I fell in love with punk. The empowering feeling that you don’t have to be an amazing virtuoso to be involved; to be a part of something is no small thing.

The Trots! are loud, brash, unruly and full of both piss and vinegar. For everything about this recording that’s messy or less than perfect, there’s no denying they’re having a damn good time making a wonderful racket.

With songs like, “Screaming Makes My Head Hurt,” “Hard On,” and “Laxative,” there’s a guaranteed good time hidden in these tracks.
