We don’t know much about SIVIK, other than the fact that he’s an immensely talented songwriter and musician.  Today, the Los Angeles/Nashville based artist releases the official video for his runaway hit single, “High,” directed by Sarin.

“High,” which was released last year, marked the beginning of SIVIK’s transformation from in-demand songwriter to superstar performer. So, it’s no wonder that Earmilk praised “High” as “a powerful mixture of heavy hitting bass, perfectly timed crescendos, sultry smoky vocals and seductive lyrics that help that track to shimmer with allure and ease,” while Billboard called it a song that is “sure to be stuck in your head all day.”

Flooded with requests to put out a video for “High,” SIVIK finally did, bringing visual life to the song that started it all.

“While coming up with the concept for the video, I knew I wanted it to be sharp and clean, with contrasting images weaving in and out of real time and slow motion,” shares SIVIK. “As for a storyline, I didn’t particularly want one. I didn’t want the video to describe a relationship at all, but wanted a visual representation of that “high feeling” you get in those early stages of attraction.”

With much excitement surrounding the release of the video for “High,” SIVIK is also set to release his highly anticipated new single, “All Day All Night” next month.

As the elusive SIVIK continues to make musical waves, he’ll also continue to prove that we all can’t get enough of a good mystery.
