From Edmonton, Canada comes Striker. Everything you need to know about Striker is as follows: They play a 
throwback version of metal, which means they have a strong sense of melody through-out. The band is light on it’s feet, with dizzying twin guitar leads, a scorching rhythm section, powerful vocals. All of this is helped by the fact the band can write memorable songs and delivered an over the top performance.
This Wednesday night in Orlando the show was nothing short of brilliant as Striker served up 90 minutes of unfailingly powerful metal, strong on melodic lyrcism and smart songwriting.
Local opening act Arkara were reminscent of Testament and first generation thrash acts. With a formidable onstage presence and solidly engaging songwriting the band deliverd a gritty set of energetic and aggressive metal.
