Maybe our mailing list “selective updates” are a little too selective? Our last email was well over a year ago. Social media is an okay way to share news, but it’s no replacement for old-fashioned email.

We’ve been busy with both recording and live performance, and have some exciting news! We just released a new full-length album – Everything Is Magick – on January 29th, 2016 in digital format on Distant Spore Records (our own label).

What is the meaning of this new record, you might ask?  The cover art by OKAINA IMAGEshows a duality between the organic and the technological.  The deeper one explores reality, it’s increasingly apparent that everything is “magick” and the boundaries that separate us are not, in fact, boundaries at all.  The word “impuritan” also ties into the same duality, blurring the line between hard reality (our physical forms and bodies) and the blurry realm of fantasy, dreams, and imagination (the other aspect of our existence).

You might notice our two older records have been removed from Spotify, iTunes, Amazon Mp3, etc. for the time being.  This was intentional and only temporary as we’re switching online distributors, so no worries – you’ll still be able to stream or buy our older albums & material again soon from “the powers that be.”  For now, everything is available on our Bandcamp page, and you can stream the older albums in full on Soundcloud.
